With beautiful symmetry and a design tailored for use in North America, our white Vitreous Enamel ceiling cups mirror the iconic gallery of the Coolicon lampshade, both in size and shape. Made from the same high-grade steel and finished in matching white enamel, our ceiling cups are durable and electrically insulated. As lovers of the finer details, our ceiling cups ensure a sleek lighting design from ceiling to lampshade.
Just like the trusty Coolicon lampshade, our Signature Brass E26 lamp holder is designed to last for decades. Expertly detailed with diamond knurling reminiscent of an industrial past and elegantly imprinted with “Coolicon®” around the top, this lighting set will be admired in any interior.
A natural sheen unlike any other. This carefully selected Italian cable is finely overbraided with black fabric in the homeland of Coolicon to ensure your lampshade hangs with an extra touch of class and authenticity.

Our Large 1933™ Design lampshade provides a greater ambient light into the room than the Original 1933 due to the lightbulb sitting slightly higher in the larger gallery opening. This design also allows for a wider and softer cone of light to be emitted below. Sharing the same visual language and proportions as the Original 1933 Design™ shade, this larger design shapes light differently to suit main room or statement lighting.

Cleaning your Vitreous Enamel lampshade
Due to the glasslike Vitreous Enamel finish, the lampshade can easily be cleaned with a soft cloth.
For stubborn marks, a high-quality window/glass cleaner can be applied to the cloth then passed over the lampshade. Care should always be taken to avoid contact with the Coolicon badge.

Moving out of its traditionally industrial settings and into the modern home, our Large 1933™ Design reinvents the smaller Standard Coolicon lampshade.
Originally designed as a task light, the updated larger model projects a dispersed cone of light below as well as gentle ambient light above. We recommend introducing a dimmer to create the perfect atmosphere for intimate dinner parties.
Form and function come together to create the perfect dining room companion. We recommend wining and dining your guests under pairs of Large 1933™ Design lampshades or clusters of Original 1933™ Design shades.
Hanging a single shade above a square or round table provides the dining room with a warm ambient light whilst the downlight provides a gentle cone of task light to illuminate your table.
For those with a longer table we recommend hanging a lampshade between each place setting. Ambient up lighting once more gently fills the room whilst the downlight leaves you and your guests firmly focused on the feast, enjoy.

As the Classic Cream Vitreous Enamel melts and flows in the furnace it reveals beautiful dark edges that contrast against the light colour of the lampshade. These expressed edges can be found around the rim of the lampshade as well as the gallery and the top joint.
Upon occasion, minute inclusions can be found on the surface of Coolicon lampshades and can be more noticeable within lighter enamels such as our Classic Cream. Inclusions appear in the form of very small black dots and are found where a tiny piece of the furnace has landed on your shade (this is a normal but exceedingly rare occurrence; we don’t like giving bits of the furnace away!)
