General Terms and Conditions for Use 

The terms and conditions listed here for Coolicon® Lighting Limited apply to the use of this website and by browsing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, then please contact us. 

The official language of Coolicon® Lighting Limited is English. All communications and transactions will be communicated in English. 

Definitions 

"Conditions" refer to the terms and conditions as set out below including the Special Conditions; 

"Product" means any item displayed for sale on the Website; "Product Description" refers to a part of the Website where certain specifications in respect to the individual Product are provided; "Special Conditions" refers to the terms and conditions in the Product Description; "Users" refers to the users of the Website collectively; "Personal Information" refers to the details provided by you on registration, support or contact forms; "We/us" relates to Coolicon® Lighting Limited; "Website" refers to the websites located at www.cooliconlighting.com and any subsequent URL cooliconlighting.com the same website; "Cookies" refer to small text files which our Website places on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer; "United Kingdom" refers to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands; "You" refers to a user of this Website. 

Intellectual Property and Right to Use 

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, designs and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensor(s). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensor(s). You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of such material and content. 

Compliance With Laws 

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website. 

Limitation of Liability 

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website, including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights. We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents, or employees. 

Severance 

If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions. 

Waiver 

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision. 

Survival 

Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances. 

Entire Agreement 

These Conditions govern our relationship with you. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.  

Law 

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Registration 

You warrant that: The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You will notify us of any changes to the Personal Information by updating the information when logged into your account. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. 

Indemnity 

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers) harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information. 

Our Rights 

We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website, change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

Suggested Products 

When using the Website, you will be shown suggested products we think you might like or have missed whilst browsing. These suggestions are based on Products that share characteristics to those you are viewing / have viewed. We determine your interests and suggest new Products you may like; additionally, we may compare your interests and buying habits with the interests and habits of other customers in order to show you relevant Products. Your suggested Products may change when you make a purchase and move around the site. We take reasonable care to ensure our suggestions are in line with your behaviour as a customer on cooliconlighting.com. Details of the Products we suggest - such as price - are correct at the time recommendations are originally made to you but can be subject to change without notice. 

Purchase of Products Orders 

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting 

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows: You place the order for your Products on the Website by pressing the 'Place Order' button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing your order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the Products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Coolicon® Lighting Limited. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we and / or our shipping agent will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in change or cancel an order. 

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:  

  • The Product you ordered is unavailable.  
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.  
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.  
  • You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.  
  • We do not service or cover your billing/shipping territory.  

The contract will be concluded in English. The details of your specific contract will not be filed by Coolicon® Lighting Limited. 

Contract Cancellation Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products, not used them and will return them in the original unopened packaging with product seals intact where applicable. Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described:  

  • Made to measure or bespoke goods  
  • Consumable or diminishable goods (such as light bulbs)

Description of Products 

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning availability, backorder status, estimated delivery dates and times, additional warranties and guarantees. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price or availability of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. We reserve the right to change product details, components and specification based on availability, legislative conformance and / or general product improvements without notice. Such changes without notice will be deemed as minor as to not substantially change product appearance or performance.

Our Pendant Sets are designed and manufactured to EN IEC 60598-1:2021, EN IEC 60598-2-1:2021 and BS EN 60598 where applicable and are suitable for installation and use within the UK and EU. The CE and UKCA marks are applied on the products. If the intended country of use is not within the UK or EU, the buyer is responsible for ensuring all products are safe, compliant with local legislation and suitable/compatible with the wiring system, supply voltages and installation requirements of the destination country prior to ordering. In these instances, the customer will be the importer on record.

Swatch Packs

In the event of crediting a Swatch Pack the order name and address must match that of a previous Swatch Pack order

Shipping and Handling

We offer different shipping options according to shipping territory.  

For shipping within the UK mainland, we offer an Express 24 tracked delivery service. In rare circumstances, once despatched, your order may take longer than 24 hours to be delivered, this is outside of our control.  

For shipping to the EU, we offer two shipping options, an Economy DAP service and a Priority DDP service.  

For shipping to the rest of the world we offer an Economy DAP service.  

We also offer EXW shipping for parcels and pallets and DAP shipping for pallets. Please note, EXW shipping is only offered to customers outside of the EU. 

Delivery charges are outlined at checkout, you can find an estimate of shipping costs here. 

If shipping to a business in the EU, you must provide a valid EORI number* as well as your VAT/tax number (if you have one). If shipping to a business operating outside of the EU it is helpful for customs processing if you can provide a valid VAT/tax number. In some countries an EORI number may be required before delivery is made by the local agent. 
*If you do not provide the necessary information your order will be placed on hold until the required information is received.  
Coolicon Lighting does not assume any responsibility for delays or additional fees as a result of incorrect or misleading information provided at checkout.  

Unless otherwise specified, you will be responsible for the payment of any local taxes, duties, and customs charges in addition to the purchase price. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
Refusal to pay the local taxes, duties and customs charges will result in the goods being: seized and/or destroyed by customs authorities; or returned to the sender (any costs incurred from returns to the sender will be deducted from any refund owed). 

If you would like to receive a personalised shipping quote, please email sales@cooliconlighting.com stating the Products you’d like to order as well as the shipping territory and post/zip code. Personalised shipping quotes are valid for a period of 2 working days. 

Final despatch is carried out by our partner Blue Marmalade Limited.

Delivery Schedule 

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Usually, your order is in stock, and we endeavour to despatch the next working day.  

If you have ordered a bespoke product, your order is not in stock or you have ordered multiple products of the same colour, we will schedule this into production to achieve the best result. Production time should be accounted for when placing your order. If your order contains more than one product we will hold the order until it is complete, a full delivery will then be arranged. 

Delivery times will vary and the quoted delivery times on this site are only estimates. If you require your order by a certain date, please inform us as soon as possible after placing the order. Alternatively, contact us before placing your order and we can advise an accurate lead time. 

Arranged delivery: Once the products are ready Coolicon® Lighting Limited, or its shipping agent, will contact you by email, telephone, or post to advise you of delivery.  
Delivery: Delivery will be undertaken by either Coolicon® Lighting Limited staff, shipping agents or one of its courier companies. 

When the parcel is delivered it should be carefully examined for any signs of damage, or of being opened, it should then be signed for accordingly. Any damages to the outer packaging must be reported to Coolicon® Lighting Limited within 24 hours of signing for or receiving the product. It is also important that once the goods have been delivered you open the package and thoroughly check that the item is in good condition. 
If, upon inspection, the product appears damaged this must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.   

Made to Order & Backorders 

Our products are made in batch production therefore production capacity is limited. Some products have a waiting list due to production. 

If your order is not in stock it will be scheduled into production. In some cases, component parts may be out of stock, in this instance your order will be placed on backorder. You will receive an email informing you of the status of your order. If you would like any status updates, please email orders@cooliconlighting.com quoting your order number.  

If your item is out of stock, it will go on back order. You will receive an email informing you of the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Returns Policy 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights of 13 June 2014.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy 

Customers needing to cancel an order should do so via email orders@cooliconlighting.com. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded in full including shipping cost. Orders cancelled after despatch will need to be returned to Coolicon® Lighting Limited in 'as new' condition at the customers expense. The value of the order, excluding the initial shipping cost, will be refunded to the card from which payment was originally made.  

Please note, orders for bespoke items made to a customer’s specification, eg. custom sized or custom colour/decoration products, can only be cancelled up to the commencement of manufacture. Once manufacture has commenced, the company is unable to cancel this order/refund the order value. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Undamaged goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at the customer’s expense) within 14 working days of receiving the order along with proof of purchase. Damaged goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. All products bought on sale are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Please ensure that all goods are thoroughly checked before a signature is given or delivery is accepted. Damaged deliveries that are accepted by the customer must be signed for or accepted as “Damaged, goods not inspected” with the carrier company in writing. Please notify Coolicon® Lighting Limited of any products that have been damaged in transit, within 2 days of delivery by email at orders@cooliconlighting.com with photos of the damage and the packaging or no exchange will be considered. Please despatch the goods by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Coolicon® Lighting Limited will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit. Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition with original packaging and product seals unbroken, where applicable. Please note, goods returned in damaged and/or defaced packaging may incur a nominal repacking fee and/or a nominal restocking fee. On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods. We do not normally refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part.  

For exchanged products: Your order may have initially been sent with Free Delivery, however the cost for us to send your exchanged goods to you will be deducted from the refund, as these are direct costs.  

Any incurred banking processing fees may be deducted from your refund. We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged. We aim to action all refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights. 

Return Instructions 

All returns must be authorised by Coolicon® Lighting Limited prior to goods being returned, contact orders@cooliconlighting.com quoting your order number (for products purchased after January 2022 you must also quote the batch number of your goods). Unauthorised returns may be refused and if accepted will be subject to administration and restocking fees. Please provide photographs of both the goods and the packaging on delivery and at despatch. 

Goods must be packed sufficiently to protect them from any in-transit damage. Unsuitable, non-standard packaging and pallets may incur a nominal disposal and/or environmental processing fee. Goods should be shipped back to Coolicon® Lighting Limited on a tracked and insured service. It is important to retain a receipt/proof of postage until you have confirmation that the goods have been received back. The postal address for returns is:

Products must be returned to the original place of purchase. Coolicon® Lighting Limited will only accept returns of goods purchased directly from Coolicon® Lighting Limited. 

Lifetime Guarantee 

What is covered? 

Coolicon® Lighting Limited will cover: 

The repair, or where repair is not possible the replacement, of the product. Please note the customer is liable to pay shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes on the return of the product to Coolicon® Lighting Limited and the return of the product to the customer. 

The guarantee is applicable to the lifetime of the initial customer only.  
The guarantee is applicable to a newly purchased Coolicon® Lighting lampshade from us directly at cooliconlighting.com or an authorised partner, dealer, or distributor only. 
 
The guarantee is applicable to products used and maintained according to instruction and unmodified from the purchase specification only. 
The guarantee is only applicable to indoor use products in a normal domestic environment. 

The guarantee will be honoured globally under UK terms. 

What is not covered? 

Coolicon® Lighting Limited will not cover: 

Any shipping fees, customs duties, local taxes, or insurance fees in relation to the return of the product to Coolicon® Lighting Limited for evaluation and/or repair. 
Any shipping fees, customs duties, local taxes, or insurance fees in relation to the return of the product to the customer. 

General cleaning and maintenance of the product, 
Graded or refurbished product. 
Ex-display product. 
Product manufactured before 2015. 

Product used in commercial or trade environments. 
Products used in bathrooms or high humidity environments. 
Products that are the subject of a rental agreement. 
Defects caused using the product for anything other than its intended use. 
Products assembled incorrectly. 
Products stored incorrectly. 

Any unauthorised adjustments or modifications made to the product by a third party.  
Performance or costs of any adjustments or modifications made to the product which may be necessary to meet any local technical or safety standards in the country in which the product is intended to be used. Coolicon Lighting Porcelain and Industrial fittings are certified for the UK and Europe only. Coolicon Lighting Brass lamp holders are certified to IEC 60238:2016, AMD 1:2017 or IEC 60238:2004 for the UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. 
Any upgrade work required because of legislation (Health and Safety or otherwise) or to meet current standards. 

Damage caused by theft, tampering, neglect, malice, act of God, misuse, accident, fire, flood, explosion, lightning, storm, frost or other bad weather conditions. 
Accidental damage or damage caused by knocks or drops.  
Any premature aging of the product due to wear and tear including all surfaces that could be scratched or damaged through normal or everyday use. 
Any cosmetic damage where the durability of the product is unaffected – scratches, dents, corrosion, colour shift that has not degraded the enamel and compromised durability. 

Any reasonable costs if, once the product has been evaluated, no fault is found.  
Any consequential losses, financial or otherwise, or any loss over and/or above the purchase price of the original product. 

Terms and Conditions of the Lifetime Guarantee 

The guarantee will commence from the date of purchase for the life of the initial customer. 

The guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the initial customer of the product only. 

The customer will be required to provide their original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice. For products purchased after January 2022 the customer will also be required to provide the batch number of the product. 

The guarantee only applies to new products purchased directly from cooliconlighting.com or from an authorised partner, dealer, or distributor.  

Coolicon® Lighting Limited will not accept or reimburse the costs of any third party who undertakes any work carried out on the product unless such work is approved in advance of it being carried out.  

All queries relating to the Coolicon® Lighting Lifetime Guarantee will be managed by Coolicon® Lighting Limited regardless of where the product was initially purchased.  

Any Lifetime Guarantee is solely offered by Coolicon Lighting Limited. Resellers, dealers, distributors and 3rd party companies will bear no responsibility, validity or enforcement of any guarantee out with statutory entitlement. 

Coolicon® Lighting Limited reserve the right to offer a replacement product in lieu of a repair. The replacement product may be a new product or a repaired product. The repaired or replaced product will continue the Lifetime Guarantee period.  

All products that are replaced by Coolicon® Lighting Limited will become the property of Coolicon® Lighting Limited.  

The customer agrees to follow the request and guidance of Coolicon® Lighting Limited in relation to product queries under the Lifetime Guarantee.  

The customer agrees to provide photographic evidence of the product upon request. 

Services performed by Coolicon® Lighting Limited to repair any damage or defect of the product resulting from any of the excluded conditions are likely to be subject to additional charge.  

Coolicon® Lighting Limited has the right, where necessary, to undertake reasonable action to protect itself against fraudulent queries, in relation to the Lifetime Guarantee, including, but not limited to, requiring verification as to the identity and other relevant details of the customer and/or the verification of their purchase of the product in question.  

Coolicon® Lighting Limited is not liable for any interruption to the Lifetime Guarantee whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond their control.  

Coolicon® Lighting Limited reserves the right, in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to change the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Guarantee, wholly or partly, without any prior notice or compensation.  

Any changes to the Lifetime Guarantee conditions will be posted on www.cooliconlighting.com and will take effect immediately.  

Any decision of Coolicon® Lighting Limited in respect of the Lifetime Guarantee is final. 

Tax 

Where applicable VAT will be charged at the current UK rate and will be included in the checkout price of applicable items.  

Coolicon® Lighting Limited offers three international shipping Incoterms, DDP, DAP and EXW. For DDP orders to the EU VAT will be paid on your behalf. For DAP orders the customer will be liable to VAT pay in the local territory. For EXW orders a deposit will be paid to Coolicon Lighting Limited, this will be refunded (minus any administration fees) upon receipt and approval of the Export Evidence Pack. Under DAP and EXW incoterms any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs regulations vary from country to country, you may need to contact your local customs authority for further information.

Wholesale and Trade Sale Terms & Conditions 

The terms and conditions listed below for Coolicon® Lighting Limited apply to the use of the “trade” section of this this website and by browsing this “trade” section and/or placing an order within the “trade, wholesale or distributor” section of the site you agree to be bound by them under our business-to-business trading terms.

“Applicant(s)” relates to buying or ordering company, organisation or individual(s) “Company” relates to Coolicon® Lighting Limited.; “buyer” relates to the ordering company, organisation, or individual(s); "Website" refers to the websites located at www.cooliconlighting.com including any sub domains or any subsequent URL that brings you to the same website. 

Abbreviated Terms and Conditions of Sale 

The Applicant(s) confirms that the information given is correct and agrees to notify the Company in writing of any subsequent amendments. Information contained in this form may be passed to a Credit Reference Agency and may be retained and shared with other businesses. We may also consult a Credit Reference Agency in regard to all Partners or Directors. The Company reserves the right to consult whomsoever it considers necessary for the purpose of granting credit to the Applicant(s) or otherwise. The Applicant(s) request that a trade account be opened with the Company and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of sale of the Company, as shown below, which I /we fully understand and acknowledge. 

General 

For all new accounts the Company requires prepayment until a credit history has been established. Once your credit account application has been processed goods will be supplied on a credit basis subject to approval under the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions shall apply to all orders/contracts accepted or entered into by Coolicon® Lighting Limited trading as Coolicon® Lighting, hereinafter called “The Company”, and supersede all other terms and conditions used by the Applicant(s), unless expressly accepted by the Company in writing. 

Orders, Price and Payment 

The Company has not accepted your order until confirmed in writing (either by invoice sent with goods or otherwise). The price for the goods shall be the quoted price (displayed ex-VAT in the business-to-business order form) of the Company as shown on the invoice and payment (in GBP only) of the price shall be made by the Buyer on or before the last working day of the credit terms outlined in the invoice from the invoice date. Time for payment shall be of the essence. If payment is not received by the Due Date or before, the account will be placed “On Hold” and the Company shall be entitled to charge and recover interest from the Buyer on the price of the goods. Interest shall accrue both before and after any court judgment on the unpaid portion of the Price at the rate of eight percent per annum above The Royal Bank of Scotland base rate from time to time in force. Repeat instances of late payment will result in credit being withdrawn. 

Acceptance 

The Company must be advised in writing of any defects, shortages, or any other query regarding the goods as soon as they are discovered by the Buyer or within 24 hours of delivery.  
When the goods are delivered, they should be carefully examined for any signs of damage, or of being opened, they should then be signed for accordingly. Any damages to the outer packaging must be reported to Coolicon® Lighting within 24 hours of signing for, or receiving, the goods. If, upon inspection, the product appears damages this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if they have not been rejected on or before the second day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods in whole or in part thereafter. Amounts may not be withheld or delayed by the Buyer for unauthorised returns or otherwise without the written agreement of a representative of the Company. 

Title and Risk 

The goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer following delivery, or if the Buyer and the Company have agreed in writing that the Buyer is responsible for collection of the goods, from the time they leave the Company’s premises. The Buyer will be responsible for insuring the goods while they are at risk. Notwithstanding delivery, title in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer unless and until the Company has received payment in full of the price of the goods. Furthermore, title shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received payment in full for the price of any other goods the Company has delivered to the Buyer. Until title in the goods has passed to the Buyer such goods should be stored in a safe and proper manner and kept in good condition. The Company shall be entitled to enter the premises where the goods are stored and check compliance with this clause. The Buyer is hereby granted permission to sell the goods in the normal course of business and pass title in such goods to customers if they are purchasing in good faith without notice to our rights. Permission to sell the goods will automatically and immediately revoked on the occurrence of an Insolvency event. The Buyer shall notify the Company if you wish to appoint an administrator in respect of yourself or if you are aware of any such intention on the part of your creditors. 
Coolicon® Lighting has the right to recall all unpaid for stock and should be delivered to the company’s registered address within three working days of notification. If there are delays there may be financial charges applied such as 10% of the goods value charged per day, after the initial three working days, until receipt of goods. 

The party responsible for packaging any returned goods to Coolicon Lighting for any reason whatsoever is libel to the full sale price of goods for any transport damage resulting from insufficient packaging. Goods must be packaged in a manner suitable for the intended form of transport and should be protected from handling damage, crush damage, water damage and/or any other damages likely to occur with the intended transport method. 
Unsuitable, non-standard packaging and pallets will incur a nominal disposal and/or environmental processing fee. Please note, goods returned in damaged and/or defaced packaging may incur a nominal repacking fee and/or a nominal restocking fee.
